The documentation of chiral at MOCA Taipei is finally online! The artwork is a projection on a paper sculpture that will evolve in coming exhibitions... exploring the special qualities of the moving image on a volumetric structure, aurally extended by Ritornell.
On 13th and 14th of August there will be live cinema performances with Heiko Tippelt at NOVA Festival. I also created a new 3 screen version of vellum that will premiere at the Museum of Image and Sound in São Paulo.

MOCA Taipei was great, thanks to everyone involved! I'll upload a extensive documentation when I'm back in Germany. Currently I'm in Hong Kong taking a look at an almost finished commission, hope I can share this soon as well...
On 15th June MOCA Taipei (Taiwan) opens the exhibition Tripolar - 3 Positions in German Video Art (Robert Seidel, Max Hattler and Daniel Burkhardt) where I present my new work chiral and the screening "Dreaming with Open Eyes" based on the work of 19 video artists... Artist talks will happen on 12th June at Kaohsiung Fine Arts Museum and on the 19th at MOCA. Goethe Institute Taipei made the overall project possible and will present a Retrospective screening of our works. I'm very excited!
